Brit Crezee

Brit Crezee is a down-to-earth, results-driven real estate professional with exceptional communication, marketing and negotiation skills.

With a background in new construction and developer-represented luxury real estate, Brit Crezee joined Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014 serving as their Director of Marketing for eight years. During that time, she developed lasting relationships with some of the most passionate and brilliant real estate mentors, marketers, and real estate advisors around the world. She has harnessed this valuable network and institutional know-how to deliver an above-and-beyond real estate experience that every client deserves regardless of price or property location.

Demonstrating a strong command of technology, market knowledge and expertise in crafting unique and proven real estate media and marketing strategies, Crezee has played an integral role in helping to bring some of the most iconic, luxurious and historic homes in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area to market. A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in public relations, she is skilled in the art of creating exposure for the homes she represents.  Regarded as a trusted resource for Truckee/ Lake Tahoe market trends, she has served as a real estate contributor to media outlets such as Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Inman and SF Gate.

She has been licensed and practicing real estate since 2013 and takes pride in bringing a positive demeanor and a solutions-based approach to business. Her father a builder, her mother a successful agent, and her grandfather an accomplished architect, she has been immersed in all aspects of the industry from a young age. A Colorado native and avid skier, Crezee’s journey brought her to Lake Tahoe in 1995 where she has since lived, played and become deeply connected to the community both personally and professionally.

She serves on the Board of Advisors for the Squaw Valley-based Shane McConkey Foundation and the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association Marketing Advisory Committee. She is passionate about Lake Tahoe’s natural resources and a patron of the region’s budding arts and culture community. That said, she is committed to giving 1 percent of every dollar earned from helping clients buy and sell real estate to organizations that are making a positive impact in the community.

In her free-time she is shuffling her two boys between competitive ski team, high school football and lacrosse or squeezing in quality-time with her husband Kyle and their four-legged friend Iggy.
