R. Scott Webber

Scott Webber is the President of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty and the CEO of Majestic Realty, its parent company. The firm established an office in 2018 in Ventura, California. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is part of Majestic Realty, together with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City, Salt Lake City and St. George, Utah, and Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in Lake Tahoe, California and Nevada, and Reno, Nevada. Majestic Realty, with 44 offices and 900 broker and support staff associates, is the largest Sotheby’s International Realty company in the world ranked by closed dollar volume, which in 2018 totaled $7.31 billion.

A third generation, 43-year real estate sales and brokerage management veteran, Scott is responsible for the day to day leadership and operations of the business, and is closely involved in supporting LIV’s team of high producing people on their path towards personal, professional and financial growth and success.

Scott’s successful career includes 20 years with Coldwell Banker Real Estate where he built and was President of a 26-office residential and commercial brokerage company, including Coldwell Banker Van Schaack and Company in Denver, and Coldwell Banker Premier Realty in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. He served as Senior Vice President of NRT, Inc, the largest real estate brokerage company in the industry. He is a past president of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and a past director to the National Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. When not working in the business to support his brokers and staff, which is rare, he enjoys time with his family, alpine skiing, golf, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and aviation. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and TBM910 aircraft owner. He and his wife, Andrea, are proud parents and grandparents.

Thomas Wright




Thomas Wright is president and principal broker of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and co-owner owner of Majestic Realty, which owns and operates LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty and Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Since stepping in as the managing partner of Summit Sotheby’s, the company has become the top brokerage in the Park City resort community and a leading brokerage in Utah. Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s gross yearly sales volume has grown from a healthy $135 million in 2008 to $2 billion in 2018.

To achieve this market position, Thomas has brought his relentless work ethic, creative thinking and vision, and an invaluable understanding of the real estate brokerage industry. While he demands a lot from his agents and employees, Thomas is very quick to credit the success of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty to his incredibly talented team of approximately 200 sales associates in 13 offices statewide, incomparable administrative staff of about 50 talented individuals, and the support of the remarkable Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

Born and raised in Utah, Thomas attended Quince Orchard High School in the greater Washington, D.C. area. After graduating, he spent two years in Eastern Europe. When he returned to the States, Thomas’s overseas experience inspired him to learn more about Ukraine and Russia and its culture. He graduated from the University of Utah on a full-ride golf scholarship with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Russian and Marketing. Through his experiences and education, Thomas has grown to appreciate cultural and perspective differences, confirming that good ideas and people come from all walks of life. This is a philosophy he extends to the communities and organizations he now serves, including each of the agents that represent Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.

A civically-minded person, Thomas is proud to have served in a number of different capacities with several key organizations in his community — United Way of Utah and Dixie State University Board of Trustees. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Utah Symphony/Utah Opera and was appointed in 2017 to the Utah State Board of Regents by Governor Gary Herbert. Thomas is the co-chairman of the Utah Debate Commission and has twice been elected to serve as volunteer chairman of the Utah Republican Party and the Salt Lake County Republican Party. He is currently a member of the Republican National Committee (RNC) where he was elected vice chair by his western region peers.

With all of his responsibilities, Thomas considers the most important to be his family. He currently resides in Salt Lake City with his wife and their four children. His greatest joys are being the resident breakfast chef and attending the many dance recitals and sporting events his kids are a part of, never missing a Friday night football game where his daughters are cheering and dancing. Thomas also enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling the world with his family, and the more recent adventure of being the assistant golf coach at his son’s high school.

Jenny Johnson

As President and Broker of Sierra Sotheby’s Reno office, Jenny provides her agents with the invaluable knowledge and exceptional leadership skills that one comes to expect from a successful veteran in the field. With her seasoned background in real estate sales and marketing, Jenny developed a true passion to help other realtors succeed and over the years has mentored associates in residential and commercial sales. The native Nevadan has Broker licenses in both California and Nevada since 2006, and prides herself on staying educated in the newest technologies, industry knowledge, and marketing techniques to better serve her team and clients.

Throughout her real estate career, Jenny primarily represented luxury buyers and sellers and brought to her leadership role an impressive track record of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate sales. She has worked closely with developers and builders and has fostered relationships with a wide variety of professionals; a valuable asset when searching for a vetted and reputable appraiser, contractor, or designer. In order to take a house to market or assist in the complexities of finding a home, Jenny uses all of her connections and faculties to ensure a smooth transition for everyone involved.

Shane Norris

General Council

Shane joined the team in 2017 as General Counsel contributing his over 20 years of insight and experience on legal matters related to real estate transactions. With his prior role as Coldwell Banker/NRT’s Litigation Counsel as well as the General Counsel and President for a Utah title insurance company, Shane’s role gives our firm a significant advantage in its ever-growing presence as a top luxury real estate company.

Raised in Las Vegas where he obtained an undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, it wasn’t until he moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah, SJ Quinney College of Law, that he decided to establish roots. With a legal degree in hand, Shane went on to practice insurance defense and real estate litigation in the state of Utah. A penchant for teaching and self-inflicted academic rigors, Shane became a certified continuing education instructor with the Division of Real Estate. He now instructs on current legal issues relevant to the real estate licensee, in addition to offering continuing legal education classes specializing in real estate challenges

Legal matters and contributions aside, Shane’s favorite part of his General Counsel duties is building relationships and camaraderie with the real estate agents he serves, proving he does like to have fun outside of his work. Sports fandom is a necessary diversion from the serious day-to-day tasks and weighty advice. His fellow comrades have almost convinced Shane to branch out and become a fan of potentially more exciting sports (SEC football). It is rumored that he’s seen Guns n’ Roses in concert four times. Shane also has a family who helps balance his serious work with healthy doses of humor and adventure.

Kim Taylor

Kim Taylor is the Vice President of Relocation Services for LIV, Sierra, and Summit Sotheby's International Realty. Managing the relocation services for each company, Kim works closely with both local corporations and national relocation management companies. She oversees a six-person relocation department and a relocation specialist team of 125 agents, assisting corporate transferees and military families who are moving into or out of the states of Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California. Kim has specialized in relocation for nearly twenty years, both as a top producing REALTOR® and in the corporate relocation sector. Her professional background also includes financial experience as Regional Branch Manager for a Detroit area bank.

Kim holds both a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Graduate REALTORS Institute® (GRI) designation, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado and Michigan Association of REALTORS®, and the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®. She is also an active member of the Relocation Directors Council, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. Kim graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a degree in marketing.

Prior to moving to Denver, Kim was a lifelong resident of Michigan and enjoyed all things water-related. Since that time, she has become a Colorado enthusiast, making frequent trips to the Rocky Mountains to bike, ski, hike and listen to live music – Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a favorite destination. She is still a passionate Michigan Wolverine football fan, but Kim has now become a Denver Broncos supporter, as well.

Anne Wulff

Anne Wulff got her start in real estate in 2004 as a sales associate before she transitioned to the operations side of the business in 2007. Her background as a licensee and a transaction manager has helped her develop meaningful relationships in the Incline Village/Crystal Bay real estate community while helping her manage and understand the needs of a growing real estate office. Anne was appointed the Director of Operations for Sierra Sotheby's International Realty in 2009 which played a key role in helping her to manage the systems and tools for the 10 offices that Sierra Sotheby's has located around the Lake Tahoe Basin. Ellen Camacho is the Managing Broker of Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in South Lake Tahoe. Ellen is extremely knowledgeable, respected and highly involved in the real estate community. Having lived and played in Lake Tahoe and Truckee since 2014, she has a keen knowledge of the area and is deeply connected to the community both personally and professionally.

With a background in new construction and developer represented luxury real estate, she is a highly motivated and results driven sales and marketing professional. Prior to her career in real estate, Crezee was a highly successful advertising sales and marketing consultant with a knack for negotiating and managing high volume with exceptional follow through. Her depth and understanding of unique marketing tools makes her an ideal candidate to position your home for maximum exposure while achieving your selling goals.

She is tech savvy and well versed in luxury real estate trends, email marketing, direct mail, social media, video production and emerging media channels designed to position clients with highly targeted local, regional and national exposure. Born in Incline Village, Jamie was lucky to have grown up on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and Reno and finally Truckee where she currently resides. Prior to working in real estate, Jamie worked as a licensed insurance agent and sold commercial and residential insurance with a focus on construction risk management. Jamie is meticulous in her efforts to ensure that Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty transactions are executed to the highest standard of professionalism, diligence and integrity.

In her spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with family and friends.She loves camping, paddle boarding, and snowboarding. She also enjoys drawing, painting and sculpting. Jamie is the perfect amalgamation of creativity and thorough diligence the Sotheby’s International Realty brand exemplifies.

Tunde is the Transaction Manager for the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty offices. In this role she handles Nevada File Review and Compliance for the Sierra Sotheby's Nevada offices. Tunde works closely with the agents and NV Managing Brokers to ensure transaction related questions are resolved promptly and that local real estate licensing rules/regulations are adhered to.

Originally from Romania, Tunde has been a longtime resident of the Reno/Tahoe Area where she lives with her husband Jay and young son Sam. Tunde has been part of the SSIR family since 2012.

Originally from Texas, Taylor Weber has lived in Northern Nevada for over 10 years and has completely immersed in the “Sierra Lifestyle”. She comes to Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty as a graduate of The University of Nevada, Reno, where she pursued several opportunities to hone her marketing skills. She worked for the Reno Aces minor league baseball team in their marketing department, managing their social media pages.

She also worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows in the marketing department where she assisted the marketing director with digital marketing strategy, established google places for seven locations, and wrote press releases and articles for club newsletters.

Throughout her internships and studies, she maintained a job with Renown Regional Medical Center for more than five years. After graduating from UNR with a degree in journalism and communication Taylor joined the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty marketing team, where she enjoys managing social media accounts, creating marketing collateral and assisting real estate agents market some of Reno-Tahoe’s most luxurious properties.

Taylor exceeds in her use of technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Canva, and the ability to track social media analytics. She has professional communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, is adaptable, and detail oriented. She is seen as someone that is understanding, reasonable, caring and motivated.

In Taylor’s free time, she enjoys going to Lake Tahoe, traveling around California, and attending a variety of music festivals.

Kathy Hyde

Originally from South Florida, Kathy Hyde moved to Tahoe in 2014, and has fully embraced it as her home. With over 10 years of experience in different fields of customer support and office management, Kathy has the adeptness to provide the best service for the South Lake office. Always bubbly, she jumps on the opportunity to be a positive member of the team and a supportive component of Sierra Sotheby's. Her years of education have given her the passion of knowledge, and she prides herself to be a well-informed representative for the agents.

In her free time Kathy enjoys bike riding, painting the scenery, reading on the beach, or trying the newest restaurant in town.

Known for keeping a cool head in busy and complex circumstances, Lexi takes pride in helping others reach their full potential.

Lexi is a Lake Tahoe native with a great appreciation and love for the outdoors. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, camping, fishing, hiking and four wheeling. She is passionate about showing her young son Dylan that hard work pays off.

Sakara Ferebee

Sakara Ferebee is a born native of Northern Nevada and has grown up participating in various seasonal activities that Truckee and Lake Tahoe have to offer. This has cultivated a true appreciation of the beauty our area possesses.

Sakara is a powerful force in the workplace, she utilizes her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Prior to being in this current position, she was the Vice President of Marketing and Social Media at CDC Consulting Firm.

She has always taken pride in her work from making the dean's list in college to now in her current position. She has a background in administration for real estate and has always had a passion for the real estate industry. Sakara always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others, and found her true calling in real estate.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, and being on the water during Lake Tahoe’s perfect summer. She has always been actively involved in athletics, the arts, and coaching various youth teams, as she takes pride in giving back.

Madison Crafts wears many hats as Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty’s Office Administrator. As a former Hotel Auditor in the hotel/casino industry and Director of First Impressions at Keller Williams Realty, Madison brings a unique set of skills to the office when assisting her agents. With degrees in Science and Paralegal Studies and acquiring her own real estate license in 2018, she has a wealth of experience and education in addition to local industry knowledge. Her role in this company is a pivotal one as she finds herself working closely with agents by assisting them with marketing, follow-up, transactions, and any other issues or challenges that may arise. Working side-by-side with the managing broker, Madison is often tasked with keeping current agents happy and satisfied with the level of support they receive. With a noticeably direct leadership approach, she strives to make sure tasks are finished on time and with the utmost precision. Madison also likes to maintain a professional, clean, organized office space so that the agents can do their best work with one goal in mind, offering the best white glove service they can provide.

When she’s not at the office, Madison can be found tending to her 32 chickens, 14 turkeys, two dogs, one cat, two goats, and one rabbit. Beyond that, she belongs to a Subaru car club as an administrator and is the proud owner of 3 Subaru’s. In the evenings and weekends, it’s more likely than not that you’ll find her working in the garage or working on the farm.

Kelsey Otterness

Having lived most of her life in the Tahoe area, Kelsey brings a caring and confident leadership style to helping manage the day-to-day success of Sierra Sotheby's International Realty's Incline Village Office. She holds a keen understanding of the process and systems behind a successful real estate transaction and she is committed to elevating the luxury real estate experience that's synonymous with the Sotheby's International Realty brand. Kelsey is recognized as a valuable resource to the firm's associates and leadership team. As a former competitive snowboarder and avid cyclist, Kelsey is a superfan of Lake Tahoe’s great outdoor lifestyle. On the softer side, she is a talented pianist with an appreciation for music.

Angela Taylor

Angela brings over 10 years of senior administrative experience working in commercial and residential real estate to the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty team. She adds a positive tone and helping hand to our Reno-based associates. Originally from Michigan, she relocated to Reno to enjoy the great outdoors. In her free time she enjoys, hiking and exploring the mountains, kayaking, mountain biking and traveling the great national parks; climbed Yosemite Half Dome and Zion National Park Angel Falls. She is passionate about rescuing cats, dogs and animals of all kinds.

Lindsay Lyons

Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and love of real estate are the reasons she excels in this role.

Lindsay was raised in San Diego where she attended the University of San Diego. She has been living in Reno for over 5 years with her twin daughters, and loves the fresh air, mountain lifestyle, and accessibility to so many outdoor adventures. Being able to get out on hiking trails or on a lake with a paddle board are a couple of the reasons why she loves to call the Tahoe area her home.

Maya's Bio - Originally from Las Vegas, Maya Jones has called the Reno-Sparks area of Northern Nevada home for over 15 years. After falling in love with the region, Maya spent 10 years managing a local rare coin and collectibles store, where she gained many administrative, marketing, and technical skills and honed her eye for details. This coin shop is also where she first learned about Sotheby’s Auction House, and what it truly means to live a luxury lifestyle.

When the coin shop owners retired and closed shop in late 2016, Maya worked for landscaping company, where she worked as a department head in landscape construction and accounting. There, she became great friends with a REALTOR® who would ultimately bring her into the real estate industry as a licensed transaction coordinator. When the position at Sierra Sotheby’s opened up, she knew she could not pass up the opportunity to transfer her dedication and skillset to this innovative and prestigious company.

Outside of work, Maya enjoys numismatics, reading, and spending time with her husband Matt and their two children, Embry and Taeo.
