Cindy Richter

Cindy Richter has been living and working in real estate in South Lake Tahoe since 2014. She specializes in helping clients prepare their homes for their sale with an excellent eye for staging and professional photography. Originally from Florida, Cindy worked for the Hollywood Florida Fire Department for three years and was their first female firefighter/paramedic. She moved on to Boca Raton Fire Rescue and stayed there for 20 years. She worked her way up to Assistant Fire Chief when she retired. During her 23 years in the fire service, Cindy also went to nursing school, and worked as an emergency room nurse for ten years. After meeting her husband Keith, they decided to make the move from South Florida to South Lake Tahoe. They have fully embraced everything that Tahoe has to offer. Cindy wanted to go into real estate because she knew that her experience in problem solving from her past professions would provide her clients a unique level of service. Cindy works diligently to create a comforting environment during the real estate process. She is well sought after by past and new clients alike. Licensed in both California and Nevada, Cindy is able to assist her clients in the luxury real estate market on a vast scale.
