As a 40-year United States military veteran, Gary Koch brings an uncommon work ethic and sense of integrity to his real estate business. Born and raised in California, Koch fell in love with Northern California’s stunning landscape and adventurous lifestyle. He loves helping his clients discover all the Lake Tahoe area has to offer while helping them connect with their ideal home in this beautiful place in which he is so proud to live, work and play. While serving in the military, Koch developed the strong communication skills, determination, and a willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. In his free time, he enjoys practicing marital arts and taking in all the region’s natural splendor and outdoor recreation.
