Reno Tahoe has been Blake’s home for thirty-six years giving him knowledge of the area while keeping clients well informed in the marketplace. Community involved, Blake sits as Trustee on the Board of a local non-profit, Urban Roots. He is a business graduate from the University of Nevada Reno and an alumni at Bishop Manogue High School. Blake has accumulated his eight years of real estate experience not only in the resale side of the industry, but the builder side as well. He spent four years working for one of the largest, privately owned builders in the country closing over $50M worth of homes in his tenure. The repetitious behavior of closing numerous homes each year has made his diligence in contract, lending guidance, and escrow/title experience vast.

Newly married at two years, Blake enjoys spending any extra time he has with his wife Danielle and their baby girl, Eva. When not assisting clients with real estate, he’s either relaxing at the lake, golfing the Sierras, tending to his veggie garden or buying his favorite antiques.
