Khal Pluckhan

Khal is a real estate advisor with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty, assisting clients with their real estate needs in Nevada’s picturesque and idyllic Lake Tahoe communities. As a local, she brings an expertise of the area’s markets extending from the North Shore of Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Glenbrook, and Zephyr Cove, to the valleys of Reno and Carson City. She also understands the culture and distinctions of the various communities and neighborhoods in the region.

A long-time resident of Incline Village, Khal’s time outside of work is filled with her other passions – raising her three boys and volunteering on several non-profit boards in her community. She enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, boating, and golfing with the ladies on the Mountain Niners. Forever connected to her Jersey-girl roots, she finds time to indulge in her love of hip-hop and club music. Khal’s honesty and outgoing personality make for a refreshing and pleasant experience all around.

A native of Guyana, South America, Khal grew up in the New York/New Jersey metro area, earning her undergraduate and master’s degree in finance. She has extensive experience in managing large transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to product launches for Fortune 50 companies, as well as facilitating all aspects of a start-up at Tahoe Expedition Academy. This knowledge gives her the experience, confidence, and the ability to successfully manage the transactional details of the real estate process.
