In her career at Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty, she has been awarded a number of accolades including being in the Top 8 in sales for her local office in 2018 and “Quarterly Best” in the second quarter of 2021.

A native of Houston, Texas, and having lived in a number of resort communities across the country, including Lake Tahoe for over 15 years, Dawn has a well-grounded approach, and a penchant for figuring out what is most important to her clients. Dawn feels that “Luxury is not a price point, but a lifestyle,” and she treats all her clients as top priority. As an active resident of Incline Village for nearly 10 years, Dawn’s time outside of work is filled with her other passions that Reno, Tahoe, and Carson Valley areas offer, such as: volunteering in the community, exploring with her family, hiking, kayaking, waterskiing, snow skiing, off road excursions in the family Jeep, and road trips along the west coast.
