Dena Van Blaricom Joins Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty

With over 25 years in the industry, luxury real estate agent Dena Van Blaricom brings a strong foundation in developing relationships and providing exceptional service to all of her clients.

She began her real estate career in 1989 in Contra Costa County, Calif.

There she managed 150 top producers in Walnut Creek, assisting in developing their offices and going on to become the number one organization in Contra Costa County.

From 2000 to 2008, Dena owned and operated her own franchise and was named “Owner of the Year” for all of northern California in 2003. In 2008, Dena moved her business to Blackhawk and Danville to tackle the luxury market, building her business up to $50 million dollars in inventory within her first six months.

After being recruited to a brokerage in Reno, Nev. in 2010, Dena moved on to serve as a managing broker. She developed a company-wide luxury program and became one of only four brokers in the United States to become a certified instructor for the luxury division of “Previews International.”

Dena is licensed in both California and Nevada. As a luxury real estate agent, she has worked for some of the most affluent buyers and sellers internationally and exclusively represented the seller in the recent sale of the largest urban residential property in Reno.

Dena believes that luxury is not something that is expressed through tangibles. Living luxuriously is reflected through ideas, experiences and our outlook on life.
