Sierra Sotheby’s Welcomes Candace Larson to the Incline Village Office
As a real estate professional Candace has over 15 years of experience in real estate and has been a resident to Nevada close to ten years. Candace Larson was born and raised in Southern California; she came to Tahoe every summer as a child and fell in love with the lake and the development around it. Candace attended Cal Poly Pomona receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration emphasizing in Sales. While attending college she invested in real estate, buying, flipping, leasing, renting and selling in the California and Nevada market place through her company Building Tree Properties LLC. Candace created the capital to do so through being a Screen Actors Guild member; shooting commercials, print campaigns; such as Gap, Burger King, CMT Productions, Avia Shoes, Nail Pro Magazine and etc.
Candace married her high school sweet heart after both graduating college, they had a small ceremony in Kauai Hawaii; together they have a four year old son named Cody, whom they adore more than life itself, it is truly a gift to be a parent. Candace has been investing since 2000 she has a passion and knowledge for real estate and understands the flow of the market, in real estate it’s about timing, supply and demand, and truly the cycle. As an investor Candace has always sold all of her own properties, over $10 million in land and real property sales; she has a passion for helping others find their dream home and is ecstatic to be part of the Sotheby’s Team.
