Sacramento Homes Selling In Less Than 30 Days

Fresh off the presses at the Sacramento Bee, reports indicate that three-fourths of homes sold the month of December 2012 in Sacramento County and West Sacramento were on the California real estate market for 30 days or less. The data released from the Sacramento Association of Realtors indicates this is the highest percentage of homes sold so quickly in seven years.
