Sacramento Home Prices Rise Twice as Fast as National Average

According to a recent article released by the Sacramento Bee, housing prices are hitting boom levels, rising twice as fast as the national average, even faster than the last housing boom. Media home prices in Sacramento County last month showed a 22.4 percent increase when compared to the same month last year – the second largest January-to-January Sacramento County home price increase in the last two decades.
