Nick Pullen Joins Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty

Truckee, CA (December 7, 2021)- Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to welcome Nick Pullen to their team of Truckee-based associates.

Pullen’s passion for sailing combined with the area’s vibrant sailing scene brought him to the area in 1997. A former Canadian National Sailing team member, Pullen has competed in 11 world championships in various classes. He moved to Truckee after winning the 1996 Canadian Nationals in the Laser class.

With a BA in English from the University of King’s College, an MBA from St. Mary’s University and a twenty-year career in Lake Tahoe real estate, Pullen brings a high level of professionalism and experience that is synonymous with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

What sets Pullen apart is his dedication and focus to a handful of discerning clients who want bespoke strategies. Every client is unique with different desires and goals. Empathy and listening coupled with strong negotiation skills are the hallmark of Pullen’s practice with select clientele. Utilizing cutting edge data tools to create “quiet” off-market transactions is just one of the aces up his sleeve.

As an owner of Lake Tahoe Sailing, Pullen enjoys introducing families to sailing on a Hobie 33 keelboat which he races in the summer.  He is also a licensed US Coast Guard Captain.
